finally back after an almost 2 weeks absence.. hah... has been a very stressful past 2 weeks with me taking on my new appointment as platoon sergeant and also not forgetting that this is one of the worse batch i've ever taken so far.... so many paper work to be done, the constant worries about the poor condition of my platoon stores, working with a perfectionist platoon commander, being constantly pushed by my sergeant major and an OC that doesn't care for his commanders and who nags all the time.... how am i supposed to work in these conditions.... on top of that, i wasn't even sure bout a lot of the things that was supposed to be done, me being new at this.... thankfully i have great section commanders who have helped me a lot... but still, the first few days were terrible.... i have never felt so useless and worthless before in my entire life... it came to the point where i actually juz stood at the corridor outside my bunk on the first night looking into the sky juz wondering what the hell i was doing there.. i juz couldn't sleep peacefully that first night...

my recruits are also giving me problems.... smokers secretly holding on to their cigarettes in bunk when everyone else has declared theirs.... there are mats with tattoos all over their body who are freaking stubborn... they even got into a fight with some chinese bengs from another platoon... wtf.... gave them a piece of my mind... i can only hope the situation will get better...

sent akil off to australia yesterday afternoon.... he was going there for an exercise... way cool... he was pretty nervous at the airport... haha... i understand how he feels... that was also how i felt when i went off to taiwan for training... hah... well, all the best dude! cheers!!
